Held by two experienced practitioners, soft layers of sound and vibration flow around the body, creating a cocoon of safety and ease. This immersive experience supports nervous system regulation, melts away stress, and invites deep rest, calm, and clarity — an effortless meditation where you simply lie back, receive, and be.
