The second annual CLK Long Lunch for Mental Health, hosted by Charles L King & Co First National, will be held on Friday, October 10, 2025, at Radcliffe's Echuca.
This important community event aims to raise awareness of mental health and wellbeing across our community, and to raise funds for local mental health support services including Echuca Regional Health's The Local and headspace, and Beyond Blue.
Our long lunch includes a 2-course meal with tea and coffee provided.
THIS IS AN ALCOHOL FREE EVENT with non-alcoholic drinks available at bar prices.
Our keynote speaker is former Australian of the Year (Local Hero) and founder and CEO of Sober in the Country Shanna Whan, who will share her incredible story of survival from alcohol addiction to a pioneer in social change. Since being named Australian of the Year in 2022, Shanna has been recognised with an Order of Australia (2025) for significant contributions to rural community health by supporting people to say 'no' to booze.
This year's long lunch will also host local mental health experts and advocates on the couch, along with Jayden Howe from headspace Echuca to discuss how we can better look after ourselves, our loved ones and the wider community.
The 2025 CLK Long Lunch for Mental Health has been made possible thanks to our following sponsors:
The National Centre for Farmer Health
