Relaxing Sound Bath

Relaxing Sound Bath
Thursday, July 31st 6-7pm
UUC Social Hall
Facilitated by Paul Zenke, UUC Member

Join Paul Zenke for a guided sound bath, there will be no fee for this class. Paul recently completed his training with Sarah Auster, a leading sound therapist and meditation teacher. Sound baths are immersive, full-body listening experiences that intentionally use sound to invite therapeutic and restorative effects to the mind and body.

Please bring a yoga mat and anything else that might help you rest comfortably during the session. Chairs will also be available for those who prefer seated participation. All experience levels are welcome.
