Pierogi Class with Kitchen Technique

Join us for a hands-on culinary experience celebrating the timeless tradition of homemade pierogies. In this workshop, you’ll learn to craft fresh dough from scratch, roll and shape each pierogi by hand and fill them with a variety of classic, comforting fillings. “Rooted in personal heritage and culinary technique, this class is a heartfelt tribute to my grandfather’s stories of his mother making pierogies—an art passed down through generations.” Chef John Bender. Whether you're new to the kitchen or looking to deepen your skills, this immersive session invites you to connect with tradition, community, and the soulful pleasure of food made by hand.

Class size is limited. Doors open at 5:30pm, class begins at 6:00. Beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase.
