Overview of Primary Yogic Terms & Texts

This session will provide easy-to-understand exposure to primary resources and terms relevant to the practice and history of yoga.
As an introductory course, participants will gain the opportunity to explore the basis of several ancient texts, learn of their key contributions to the development of yoga, as well as familiarize with key terms relevant to the practice as both a teacher and student.

Are you curious about The Yoga Sutras, the Bhagavad Gita, or the Upanishads? Join us for this session to expand the depth and breadth of your practice.
