Harvest Meal Prep Class with Tammie & Lori

Take the stress out of healthy eating! In this hands-on class, you’ll prep seasonal, nutrient-packed meals using local fall produce. You’ll leave with ready-to-eat dishes for the week, new cooking skills, and recipe cards. This class is presented by Tammie (Happy Belly Foodies) and Lori (Forage Kitchen). This is not your average meal prep-it’s flavor-packed, gluten-free, and nourishing for the whole family!

Doors open at 1:30pm, class begins at 2:00. Beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase.
