The University of Wisconsin- Eau Claire Department of Music and Theatre Arts presents a studio recital in the Phillips Recital Hall at the Haas Fine Arts Center (121 Water Street Eau Claire, WI 54703) Admission is FREE. Doors open 15 minutes before start time.
