Simplified Sourdough Classes in Eau Claire, WI
Feed your starter only when you want to make bread so NO daily feeds, oh and there’s NO discard, those days are over!
This is a simplified method that anyone can do and works with your schedule no matter how busy you are.
The class is 2 hours long and we go over the entire process from start to finish.
You go home with your own active starter and a detailed recipe and instructions for making your own sourdough.
Classes are held at a private residence in Eau Claire. Exact address will be given at registration.
Space is limited so if you’re interested don’t wait.
