Beginner Pole Dancing Workshop

In this workshop with Rachel, you will learn how to combine a few pole moves to create your own choreography and develop freestyle skills. No experience needed!

18+ Short shorts are extremely helpful to wear. Wear layers to the studio and bring a water bottle. Heels are welcome!
