ABOUT THE SHOW
The 10,000 Laughs Comedy Festival is Minnesota’s longest-running comedy festival, taking place every October across venues in Minneapolis and St. Paul. Founded in 2011 by former (bad) comedian and producer Bob Edwards, the festival started as a scrappy weekend of stand up in a single room and has grown into one of the most respected comedy festivals in the Midwest. The first year’s fest (the “Mini-Minneapolis” comedy festival) sold 64 tickets, to a 65 seat room, over the course of 7 days. We’ve learned some lessons along the way.
This is the festival's thirteenth year. Eau Claire is honored once again to host a satellite 10,000 Laughs Festival show- where you- yes, you! -could win a pair of tickets to attend this year's festival- featuring headliners

ABOUT THIS EVENING'S HEADLINER
A Twin Cities favorite with a national punch, Greg Coleman has been lighting up stages since 2012. Named Best New Comic by the MN Comedy Awards and Best Standup Comedian by City Pages, he’s also been featured on Comedy Central’s Hart of the City and performed at top festivals across North America.
Known for his twisted point of view, hilarious stories from his years in education, and laid-back confidence, Greg delivers laughs that stick with you.

OTHER IMPORTANT DETAILS
Buy in advance, and pay no ticket fees! Clear Water Comedy and The Plus are absorbing your ticket fees.
The Plus is a full service bar and restaurant. Food and drink will be available at the show. Seating is first come, first serve.
All advanced tickets are will-call, e-ticket, or print-at-home. No physical tickets will be delivered for the performance. When you buy in advance, your name will appear on a list at the door to assure your entry.
Please pay close attention to the show start time. We open the doors to the main room at 6pm for people who would like to eat before or during the show. We do this to put less stress on our staff, and make it easier for those who want the best seats. The show does not start until 8pm. We start checking tickets at 7:30pm. You are allowed to enter the main room if you are eating dinner before we start checking tickets.
Online sales close at 6pm the day of the show. If you miss the window for online sales - don't worry - tickets can be purchased at the door when the doors open at 7:30pm. The show is not - we repeat - not sold out unless there is a separate announcement indicating so. Please do not call the restaurant.
No photos or video recording are allowed during the performance.
The Plus and Clear Water Comedy reserve the right to refuse service or deny entry for anyone engaging in disruptive or disrespectful behavior. No talking, heckling, texting, or other distracting behavior is permitted. If this occurs and you are asked to leave the show, there will be no refunds.
