Under the steady glow of the Taurus moon, we’ll slow down, sip ceremonial cacao, and write from the five senses. 💗
This is a space to reconnect with your body’s wisdom, explore your values and beauty, and let your words rise.
What we’ll do:
☕Arrive & cacao blessing — a gentle ritual to open the heart and settle the nervous system
🌿Guided sensory drop-in — touch, taste, scent, sound, sight; noticing what the body knows
🖊️Writing Prompts — short writing prompts exploring values, beauty, and belonging through the five senses
🌻Share & witness (always optional) — compassionate listening, no fixing, no critiquing
Integration — a simple closing practice to carry your words into daily life
Who it’s for:
✨Writers and “not-writers,” journalers, anyone craving slower, truer language and a grounded creative reset.
✔️Bring:
Journal or notebook, pen you love, and a light layer. If cacao isn’t your thing, tea/water is totally welcome.
