Make Your Own Chunky Knit Blanket Workshop

Come join Sarah Martin, the owner of South Shore Blanket Parties and learn the art of hand knitting your very own blanket. Absolutely no prior knitting experience required! The hand knitting technique is a lifelong skill that is therapeutic, meditative and fun. Chunky knit blankets are all the rage lately and you'll be surprised how easy they are to make! Participants may choose from a variety of yarn colors. Doors open at 6:30pm to allow time to view the trees and other items, buy raffle tickets, and pick up your yarn. Blanket knitting instruction starts at 7:00pm and the event wraps up at 9:30pm.

The event will be held at The Easton Country Club, 265 Purchase Street, South Easton, MA 02375 inside of the Festival of Trees. Admission to the Trees is included in this ticket price, in addition to all the materials you need to complete your very own standard sized throw blanket. Light snacks will be offered, and there is a cash bar open for festive holiday cocktails.
