Gratitude and Grace is a mindfulness workshop that allows participants to ground themselves through the practice of gratitude. In this workshop, participants will be guided through mindfulness practices that help participants recognize the small gifts of life that we experience every day. Through mindful breathing exercises, gentle movement, and creative practices, this workshop empowers participants to spend a little time noticing what they are grateful for and offer themselves a moment of grace.
With the musical stylings of Galen Deery, Gratitude and Grace offers participants a space to slow down and connect with themselves and their community in an intimate and meaningful way.
For comfort, please bring a blanket and a bolster pillow, if you prefer sitting on the floor. Tables and chairs will also be available for seating.
