Be a Santa to a Senior 2025

This community service program will positively impact the community by providing holiday cheer and gift giving to seniors who are least likely to receive a present during the holiday season, are lonely and financially needy.

Area non-profit agencies will provide the names of lonely or financially challenged older adults in our community, as well as gift ideas for each senior.

Merchants in the area will have a Christmas tree with bulbs in a high traffic area and post a program description sign next to the tree from 11/3/25 through 12/5/25

Each Be a Santa to a Senior bulb will have the first name and code of the participating senior, and their gift preferences. Each bulb will be placed on the Christmas tree.

Customers will pull a bulb and purchase gift(s) for the senior from the gift ideas listed. The corresponding bulbs will be grouped together and placed under the Christmas tree.

Home Instead committee members will organize and distribute gifts to each non-profit from 12/10/25 to 12/12/25.
