Think of this as your end-of-week energetic tune-up. We’ll start with some grounding movement to shake off the week, then melt into restorative poses while I guide you through a dreamy meditation. You’ll get your own oracle card to reflect on (a little wisdom just for you), plus some journaling to help you release what’s ready to go and step into the weekend feeling lighter, clearer, and more you.
