Think you make the best Sunday Gravy, Red Sauce, Marinara or other specialty Sauce? Put your Italian heritage (or lack there of) to the test in Saucy Smack Down on Saturday, February 28, 2026!

Not a cook? Come out and sample all the sauces (starting 7pm) and cast your vote for the People's Choice winner! Cook-off takes place in the Food Court & outdoor East Apron.
