Yoga flow and social hour at the Haus!

About this Event

Unwind and gather together to care for your body with a 60 minute hybrid yoga practice. There will be 30 minutes of flow and loving movement and 30 minutes of rest and meditation practices on your mat. Join us after class for a social hour featuring signature mocktails by Hotties and snacks by Apantry. Come comfy and with a mat (if not we will have some available) This offering is for all levels of yoga/movement practitioners and humans in need of respite and community. Come enjoy our beautiful space Hauscall we all love in a new way!
