Exhale: An Evening of Sound, Music, and Meditation

"Exhale" is an immersive evening of sound, music, and meditation.

Atlanta-based harpist and sound practitioner Angelica Hairston harnesses the power of the harp as a force for deep renewal at "Exhale". She is joined by Shawn J. Moore, a prominent sound healer and mindfulness practitioner, who creates sacred spaces for stillness and self-inquiry.

Together, the two will explore rest, introspection, and collective liberation through music and readings by Black authors, live improvisation, and a deeply relaxing sound bath with live harp music along with crystal singing bowls, drums, and chimes.

Guests are invited to bring a yoga mat or thick blanket to lie on, wear comfortable clothing, and bring any personal items that enhance relaxation, such as an eye mask, cozy socks, or a water bottle.

This event is co-presented by Angelharpist LLC along with South Fulton Arts, East Point City Government and East Point Public Arts Department.
