We’re lighting the way into our indoor season and you’re invited to share your energy with us!
✨ Inner Fire Flow is a grounding, heart-centered yoga practice designed to awaken your inner fire- the quiet strength and steady light that lives within. Through gentle vinyasa sequences, deep stretches, and mindful breathwork, you’ll find warmth, balance, and connection as the seasons shift.
