PALS HeartCode

HeartCode PALS Online - Provider is intended for healthcare professionals who respond to emergencies in infants and children and for personnel in emergency response, emergency medicine, intensive care and critical care units that encounter pediatric patients on a regular basis.

This blended learning course consists of an online learning component in addition to a hands-on skills portion.

After registration, participants will be sent a course link to access the online portion of the course within 2-3 business days. The self-directed online portion utilizes Cognitive Assessment Activities (CAAs) to achieve content mastery. The CAAs are adaptable based on the participant’s self-reported confidence as well as their knowledge of the cognitive material. Access to the PALS Provider Manual eBook is included with HeartCode PALS. You will be able to access the Provider Manual from within the course.

Upon completion of the online portion (Part 1), participants will receive a certificate of completion. The certificate of completion must be presented at the time of the hands-on skills session (Part 2). The hands-on skills session is scheduled on the date and time listed and takes approximately 2 hours.

There are no refunds for blended learning courses.
