Heartfulness Meditation

Heartfulness Meditation is a modern, heart-centered approach to meditation that focuses on connecting with your inner self and cultivating calmness, clarity, and compassion through the heart. It is offered freely by the Heartfulness Institute, a nonprofit organization with global reach, and is practiced by millions worldwide spanning more than 165 countries.
