Join us Thursday, September 4 at 6pm on Demonstration Hall Field for community, movement, and mindfulness in honor of Suicide Prevention Month. 💚

The evening begins with opening remarks, followed by a barre3 Signature workout led by Michelle Gimbutis and yoga + meditation with Taylar Jackson.

Flex & Flow is free to attend, donations are welcome to support The Gregory H. Montgomery Jr. Foundation for Ultimate Growth.
