Fall Yoga Flow at MSU Arboretum – Tuesdays with Overflow

Join us every Tuesday evening this 🍂fall 🍂 at the beautiful Clarence E. Lewis Landscape Arboretum for a refreshing outdoor yoga flow with Overflow Yoga. These weekly sessions are all about slowing down, moving with intention, and connecting with community in a peaceful, natural setting.

❖ Things to Know ❖

⬥ All levels welcome – beginners encouraged!

⬥ Please bring your own yoga mat, towel/ blanket, water bottle, and any props you like to use

⬥ Donation: $5 — helps us continue offering future outdoor events (cash or Venmo accepted as well)

⬥ Weather dependent — we’ll email updates if class needs to be canceled

⬥ Comfortable clothes and sunscreen recommended

We’ll meet in the grassy area near the parking lot.
