Kirsty's Kids Mindful Moments

Looking for something to do with the kids over the September weekend.....

We have just the thing. Being your child to our kids class to help keep them occupied and calm.

Aimed at roughly 4-7 year olds we are going to learn about the brain and how to manage our emotions. Using movement, play, breathing relaxation and of course bubbles. Strategies for staying calm all delivered in a child friendly way.
