Full Moon Feast & Increasing Joy Through Mindfulness

On September 7th, Will Crump will be hosting the Full Moon Feast at Wagbo. These comunity potlucks coincide with the full moon and start around 5:30 PM. After dinner we will be talking about mindfulness, its history, and uses in everyday life. We will explore both Eastern and Western views. This gathering will have experiental elements to learn new ways to find more enjoyment in life's simple pleasures and to handle difficult situations as they arise.
