An Evening with Claire Criscuolo, RN: Celebrated Chef, Author & Co-Founder of Claire’s Corner Copia

Join us for a very special evening on Thursday, November 6th from 6–8PM, as we proudly welcome Claire Criscuolo, RN, the heart and soul behind New Haven’s beloved Claire’s Corner Copia, to East Haven Public Television for an exclusive interview and discussion of her newest cookbook, "50 Vegetarian Recipes from 50 Years at Claire’s Corner Copia.”

This event is a heartfelt celebration of 50 years of clean, sustainable, plant-based cuisine and the incredible community mission that has defined Claire’s Corner Copia since 1975. From her humble beginnings with her late husband Frank, to building a nationally recognized vegetarian restaurant rooted in love, health, and sustainability, Claire continues to inspire generations to live, cook, and eat with intention.
