Sound bath with Guided Meditation

Come, relax and enjoy the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls. Each session will last about an hour and will include guided meditation. Participants have the option of relaxing in zero gravity recliners or laying on the floor. For those who prefer the floor please bring a yoga mat, blanket and pillow.
