Shining Stars Yoga: Move, Play, Shine!

For kids 4+, this fun and imaginative class uses movement, games, and breathwork to introduce yoga—no experience needed! With stories, songs, and creative play, young yogis build body awareness, focus, and confidence in a playful, calming space.

If your yogi will be attending, please make sure to RSVP to the event or message me on instagram/facebook.
💛Saturday sessions please respond by 7am Saturday of session. This helps me prepare and ensures we meet the 2-yogi minimum needed to hold the class.
