Elves for the elderly

Hi neighbors with the holidays approaching it makes me think of the residents in nursing homes and don’t have family or visitors. I started making ornaments last year for them but didn’t have enough for everyone so will finish them this year. I would like to see if anyone is willing to donate any type of toiletries you can get them at the dollar store and I will make lil Christmas bags for them along with my hand painted ornament. I would love to be able to put a smile on their faces at Christmas. I did this back home for several years and the residents really appreciate it if we all pitch in we can make this happen. I will get number of residents again it was over 100 last year. Pic for attention and getting in the giving spirit.



Good morning ladies aka Santa’s elves. I am so excited at the feedback and volunteers that have reached out to me about helping with putting goody bags together for our local elderly in nursing homes. I created this event in hopes we can chit chat with ideas and any suggestions you guys may share. I am fairly new to the area so any help will be greatly appreciated.
