Join Tara and Dane for a sound journey starting with some gentle stretching to open the body and prepare the mind. Then settle into a deep relaxation as they lull you with a sound journey created by healing instruments. As they’ll follow their intuition, we leave the end time soft to accommodate what the journey calls for.
