Sous Vide Steak Class

Start the class with some artisan cheeses to nibble on, then hands-on learn to cook your own perfect New York Strip steak using the "sous vide then reverse sear" technique, includes learning to make chimichurri, roasted brussel sprouts and a classic wedge salad (including homemade red wine viniagrette).
