Canning Workshop

Do you want to learn to preserve food safely at high elevations? Mountain Youth and Colorado State University Extension are partnering to introduce you to the science of home canning safely. You will be provided with valuable knowledge and useful tips on the best possible results of canning food at higher elevations.

You will not want to miss this workshop. Learn current research-based recommendations and experience a hands-on lab as part of this experience. Workshop takes place at the Golden Eagle Senior Center.
