A donation-based class designed to support balance, strength, and confidence in everyday movement. Using the chair for stability, we’ll focus on gentle stretches, core engagement, and fall-prevention techniques to help you move safely on ice, snow, or simply through daily life. This practice is open to all levels and offered with the spirit of giving back to our community.
