In the Large Group Room at EPHS
We will be going over team rules and expectations, budget, fees, fundraising, practice and meet schedules, etc.
**Returning families, and those certain about participation, listen up! Will be collecting all forms and State Fee in person at this meeting! Must have parent/guardian in attendance to sign off on forms!
Please bring check for $70 made out to EPHS (or cash) for State Fee, and the patience needed to ensure all forms are filled out and signed before you leave.
If you are new to us and attending this meeting to find out information about our team and need more time to make a decision on participation, that is absolutely fine! You are not required to make a final decision at this time, and your forms/fee can be collected after the fact.
