Caroline Area Structure Plan Kick-Off Event

Clearwater County has initiated the preparation of an Area Structure Plan (ASP) for the Hamlet of Caroline, following the recent Amalgamation on January 1, 2025, within Clearwater County, Alberta.

This is an invitation for you to attend the community kick-off event. There are two sessions to choose from, based on the time that works for you. The kick-off event will include a short project presentation, followed by group visioning sessions of the future of the Hamlet of Caroline.

Currently, there is no ASP in place for Caroline. The purpose of the ASP is to ensure sustainable and orderly future growth and development in the area and support the County’s vision for future growth. The development of the ASP is to provide the community an opportunity to contribute towards the creation of a local vision for the Hamlet.
