What is Slay Your Mind?
This is basically group therapy with random topics! Anything goes! We laugh, we cry, we get deep, we get silly! Searching for meaningful discussion or to feel less alone? COME! Lord knows I get my best therapy from Podcasts nowadays... but WE NEED MORE! Nothing discussed leaves the building. Period. End of Discussion. Life is busy, life is hard, life is amazing...let's talk about it!

*Bring your own chair or Yoga mat to sit on.
*Dress in comfy clothes (mandatory) - even bring a blanket if ya want.
*BYOB (bring your own beverage of choice) OR I will whip you up a Mega Tea (Caffeine Free if you wish)
*Bring a treat to share with the group if you wish!
*Whatever gets discussed @ Slay your Mind STAYS @ Slay your Mind. PERIOD. This is not an event to attend just to snoop or be in the know. Topics discussed within these walls stay and if it is discovered otherwise you get the boot!
