Our cameras can capture the world around us in exquisite detail, but with the proper technique they can also provide the means to create images that push beyond traditional representation. Please join us at MVPC’s general meeting on Thursday, Oct. 2 at 7 p.m., for a free talk by Minnesota photographer Susan Bourgerie on using intentional camera movement (ICM) and multiple exposure to evoke action, mood and emotion through abstraction.
This meeting at Eagan City Hall is a great opportunity to learn something new about photography and talk to Club members about everything MVPC has to offer photographers of all aptitudes and skill levels.
Susan, a regular exhibitor in metro-area art centers and galleries, has honed these techniques for the past five years, working with Finding Your Voice (FYV), an international network of abstract expressionist photographers.
