Hands & Hearts: AromaTouch at the Fire Pit

Take 10 minutes out of your busy weekend to relax and be nourished by coming together with community. We’ll gather at the fire pit at Depot Park for a peaceful time of presence and connection. Gentle hand techniques will be offered for those who wish to experience them — a simple way to soften stress and invite calm.

This is a time to pause in the middle of the day, enjoy the outdoors, and be renewed by the healing act of gentle touch.
