Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing a ticket to Simply Blessed Cakery Cake & Sip Event. We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be fair and transparent with our refund policy.

1. Refund Eligibility

• Full refunds are available for requests made at least 14 days prior to the event date.
• Partial refunds (50%) are available for requests made between 7-13 days before the event.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the event.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email simply.blessed.cakerync@gmail.com with your full name, order number, and reason for the request. All refund requests must be submitted in writing.

3. Non-Refundable Items

• Processing fees and service charges are non-refundable.
• Tickets purchased through third-party vendors may be subject to their own refundpolicies.

4. Event Cancellation or Rescheduling

• If the event is canceled, full refunds will be issued to all ticket holders.
• If the event is rescheduled, tickets will be valid for the new date. If you are unable to attend the new date, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the reschedule announcement.

5. No-Show Policy

No refunds will be issued for no-shows.
