Contemplative Sabbath: A Day of Peace

Once again, Dave and Kate Grishaw-Jones host an all-day retreat at the church, on Saturday, November 22, from 9 am to 7 pm. Using the whole church space, we create a sacred and still space for quiet reflection, silent meditation and practices of mindfulness and shared stillness. We eat together, meals prepared by Dave and Kate, in silence. We sit together in silence. And we explore the ancient gifts of silent prayer, meditation and shared peace. Friends are welcome!!
