A surfboard made from thousands of cigarette butts might sound unlikely, but it’s at the center of a powerful environmental story. 🌊🏄♂️
Join us for a special screening of the award-winning documentary "The Cigarette Surfboard" at the University of New Hampshire.
The film follows surfer and designer, Taylor Lane, who transforms litter collected from California beaches into a functional surfboard, using it as a platform to explore ocean stewardship, plastic pollution, and accountability for toxic waste. Surfing is the medium, but the message is universal.
Ask questions and chat with the filmmaker, Ben Judkins during the live Q&A following the screening.
