Somatic Yoga is a gentle, embodied practice that helps you to cultivate a deeper mind-body connection, improve balance and flexibility, release tension, and foster a more compassionate relationship with your body.

Join us for our introductory classes in September 2025

Fridays 9am to 10:15am
Investment:
Single classes: R140 for first class; R185 per class, thereafter
R560 for the calendar month (four classes)

No need to buy a mat - I have plenty. We wear comfortable clothes to move in and no shoes.
