Introduction to Nature Journaling

Do you enjoy being in nature? Do you value improving attention and focus? Join us in the White Rabbit Garden for a workshop that will introduce a practice that uses numbers, words and pictures to record observations of nature. The practice will magnify gratitude, help make connections, and increase your sense of wonder. Don’t worry if you don’t consider yourself good at drawing. It is an enjoyable, accessible practice you can take anywhere.
