Ideal for all of you interested in mindfulness, meditation, breath work, body movement, energy work & connecting with nature for relaxation and wellbeing! All levels of experience are welcome!

Cost is £60 (This includes £30 non refundable deposit to reserve your place)
Refreshments provided
(Please bring you're own lunch, preferably vegetarian)
Some of you might have been to Bellows Mill before and know what a beautiful venue it is! ( 13th century water mill, cottage, gardens, lake, woodland, self catering properties)

Connecting with the elements & meridians
Walking meditation
