Deep Rest & Release: Yin Yoga

HeartBloom is hosting a pop-up yin yoga class, taught by Sarah Marie!

Unwind from the holiday & family time with this nourishing class.

This class is about getting quiet to feel the truth of the heart and body. It consists of restorative poses held longer and paired with mindful breathing, to invite deep rest, release, and repair.

Bring a mat, journal, and blanket if you can! <3

This class is beginner friendly and designed to be accessible for all.
If you have been wanting to try out this space, you can try your first class for $5. :)
