💜 Cost: $10 + donation for the Domestic Violence Shelter in Marion County
✨ What to Expect:
• An uplifting Pilates flow led by Aimee—designed to awaken, lengthen, and ground
• A front-row seat to the sunrise over the fairway
• A meaningful way to support survivors during Domestic Violence Awareness Month
🧘 Bring:
✔️ Yoga mat or towel (the grass is soft, but you’ll want a base)
✔️ Water
✔️ Donation items for the Domestic Violence Shelter, such as:
• Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bar soap, deodorant
• Peanut butter, jelly, pasta, pasta sauces, hearty soups
• Diapers (all sizes), pull-ups, wipes
