Gait Analysis with Dr. Josh

Have you been struggling with running injuries? If so we are here to help! Josh Hefner from Benson Sports Therapy and Wellness will be with us from 10:00am to 1:00 pm on Saturday February 21st for a general gait analysis. He will have 9 20 minute slots available in which he will watch you run on the treadmill and give you some feedback on what he sees with your running form. This is a great chance to get some feedback. There is a minimal cost of $25 and appointments will have to be scheduled due to the limited number of slots available.
