At this workshop you will be learning about herbs and supplements that can help with Osteoporosis, Per-Menopause and Menopause. You'll learn answers to many questions, such as
Do I need to take Calcium? Are there alternatives to Hormone Replacement Therapies? You will also learn about weight loss strategies and heart health.
In addition, Lisa will be teaching about Traditional Native American healing traditions for Women. This will also include learning to make a Medicine Bundle, to help with mental and physical well-being. She will also be bringing supplies for each attendee to make their very own Medicine Bundle to take home.

Lisa Bedner is Certified as a Registered Herbalist by the American Herbalist Guild. Lisa gives wellness consultations as well as teaching workshops on her farm and at herb conferences. As an Herbal Practitioner for more than 30 years, she combines Traditional Native American Herbalism with 30 years experience as an R.N.
