Participants may pick any barbell weight listed in their divisions. They may register under several bars.
Each participant will complete the maximum amount of reps for their registered barbell.
The highest score of each barbell class will receive an award.
If a weight is not listed that you wish to use, you may still register but will be exempt for weight class awards. This will count towards the highest volume award though.
There will also be an award for highest volume: weight x reps = volume. This can be accumulated from each barbell used per participant.
There will be a men’s and women’s division.

Rules are simple.
Make contact to your chest with the bar without bouncing. To finish, the arms must be locked out with hips on the bench at finish. You will have one attempt per registered bar. The set is complete once the bar is reracked and/or spotter assists in the lift.
You may use wrist wraps, belts, or elbow sleeves.
There will be a briefing at 8:30am with any questions and to over the rules in person.
