This October, Menopause Awareness Month, Dungarvan & West Waterford Chamber is proud to present a free, three-part online series designed to provide guidance, insight, and practical supports for employers and employees.
Menopause affects half the population and impacts everyone in the workplace – yet it is often misunderstood. Our aim is simple: to dismantle stigma, encourage open conversations, and highlight practical tools for creating menopause-friendly workplaces.
What, Where, When
Each online session runs for 30–40 minutes including Q&A and is free to attend.
3 x Tuesdays at 1pm (Tues 14 Oct, Tue 21 Oct & Tues 28 Oct ).
